Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, walk-in tax payments will NOT be accepted this year

Please use one of the following methods to make your payment.

  • Mail your school tax payment to the following address:

  • Submit payment in the drop box at the Shenendehowa District Office, 5 Chelsea Place, Clifton Park during business hours, Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm. (NO CASH) 
  • Submit payment in the night drop at KeyBank (Rte 9 & 146) anytime 24/7.  (NO CASH)  KeyBank will not be allowing in-person payments at their branch location this year *After business hours you can enter the vestibule by swiping any debit card.*
  • Submit payment via credit card online at https://www.shenet.org/budget-finance/property-taxes/  under the “Pay tax bill online” headline.  *Please note, there is a one-time transaction fee of $.50 and 3.5% fee paid by the taxpayer directly to the vendor.*
  • Submit cash payment by appointment only by calling (518) 881-0625.  Alternatively, you can obtain a certified or bank check and use the mail or drop box options.  

For all payment options, please include the top portion of the bill if you wish to have a receipt mailed to you.
