Governor Andrew Cuomo announced today, May 1, 2020, that the suspension of onsite classes for schools in New York State will be extended for the rest of the academic school year.  District officials will be reviewing the details of the Executive Order.
He also announced that a decision on the allowance of summer school will be made by end of May.
Schools will be asked to develop a reopening plan for September. Details and parameters are forthcoming, with plans to be approved by the State.
