How do our kids go about getting help with their Chrome books at this time? My son’s microphone isn’t working and it makes Google meets very challenging. Is there a number to call for troubleshooting ideas since they don’t have access to the shed?

A. Helpdesk tickets can be submitted by email from accounts.  Send an email to and include a detailed description of the problem.  Also include a phone number where you can be contacted.  Information Services will call you to provide support.
