On Thursday and Friday, November 17 and 18, middle school Latin students celebrated the end of the first quarter with a food experience. Students were able to try traditional Roman bread, made in the Roman way with traditional techniques and ingredients. Students also brought in a bread/pastry from their own culture to share with the class. Students tasted and learned about a variety of breads from around the world and had a great time!
