Second story rescue windows are sort of pointless if you’re just going to plummet and potentially hurt yourself. I know the fire department or whoever, God forbid if need be, is supposed to break your fall by catching you, but the reality of it is that they probably can’t get there quick enough in such abundance as to help multiple second story classrooms in distant locations from one another. Shouldn’t there be a rope or a rope ladder in each upstairs classroom? That would help so much if there was ever an event in which the second story rescue windows were needed. Thanks.
