Why are kids in Acadia being forced to go outside for “recess” during lunch? The kids were told it was because a few people were getting into trouble because they were bored. If that is the case, the kids causing the trouble should be individually dealt with instead of forcing all students to go outside. Poor, poor management of issues. I am sure there are a lot of kids and parents that are not happy about this. Perhaps the superintendent should voice in.

A. You are misinformed. Students can go out for recess if they want – if they choose not to, they can stay inside – lunch is 40 minutes and students have about half that time where they usually sit and just talk. Now have an option to go out and burn some energy off.
