Will the hand sanitizer provided in the school buildings contain at least 60% alcohol – per CDC guidelines? Because prior to the schools closing in March…. non-alcohol based hand sanitizer stations were installed throughout the buildings. CDC guidelines do not have a recommended alternative (besides proper hand washing).

A. Non-alcohol based dispensers have been removed as well as the wipes.  We have Purell dispensers on the walls now.  We also have free standing universal stations and we are using NYS hand sanitizer in them.  They are all above 60%.  Again, it is important to stress that hand washing is the best solution.
