Yankee Trails  and The Bus Stop Club have partnered with the Shenendehowa Central School District to brighten your day while also collecting donated non-perishable items to support our district’s Bountiful Backpack Program.

On Tuesday, June 9th, be on the lookout for the #YTHopeBus, “LightningMcQeen” and “Waldo” as they take to the roads throughout the Clifton Park area, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Due to the size of our district and the number of volunteers we have, we are only going through a few neighborhoods. You can view the route below:

· FOLLOW THE BUS HERE

(Please note:  Yankee Trails is currently working on a similar donation bus run for Bethlehem school district and these links will not show the Shen routes until Saturday)

The bus will be collecting non-perishable items which will benefit the Shenendehowa School District’s Community. If you are able to do so, please leave donated items, in a bag with handles, near your mailbox or at the end of your driveway, so the volunteers can easily collect the items.

Suggested donation items include:

·  Peanut Butter & Jelly

·  Canned Fruits and Vegetables

·  Juice Boxes

·  Rice

·  Boxed Potatoes

·  Cereal

·  Granola Bars

·  Snacks

·  Pop Tarts

·  Rice Krispie Treats

·  Jello

·  Pudding

·  Tunafish

·  Pasta

·  Sauce

·  Mac and Cheese

·  Chef Boyardee Products

·  Feminine hygiene products

Yankee Trails and The Bus Stop Club invite residents to poke your heads out, wave at the bus, show your signs, dance to the music if you like and above all else, stay safe. Don’t forget to use #518RainbowHunt; #YTHopeBus; #BusStopClub when posting your photos and videos!
