Koda 7th grade students take a field trip to Liberty Ridge Farm.
53 Okte students tracked their reading in summer 2024 and read over 1000 minutes. These students were recognized at a school-wide assembly. Their pictures were featured on a hallway bulletin board, they got to enjoy an extra recess and proudly wear a Readers are Leaders medals.

Congrats to Charlotte Kennedy, her story, “Dog” was picked by Tammy Robinson, Managing Editor of Skribbler’s Magazine to be read at 7th annual Albany Book Festival. Charlotte entered her story as part of a fourth-grade unit on poetry taught in the library during the 2023-2024 school year.
