- The Shenendehowa Central School District Art Show is on display at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library starting 5/22 until 5/28.
- Congratulations to Shen sophmores, Rachel Stotz and Emma Machiski, for earning top honors in the School Bus Safety Poster Contest. Rachel won 2nd place at the Regional level and Emma placed 1st at the Regional and State levels and is now headed to the National Competition!
- Shen High School students made it all the way to Iceland over spring break!
- 248 students in English 11 & 11H, American Stories, Masterpieces of Drama and Musical Theatre, and the Musical Company attended a matinee performance of The Great Gatsby.
- Students in Dave Roe and Thomas Armstrong’s Aerospace Engineering classes had an opportunity to visit and tour the 104th Fighter Wing Air Force Base and the New England Air Museum.

- 11th grader, Sonia S., is headed to the National Shakespeare Recitation Competition after winning the Albany Branch Competition (click to vote and support her in the National Competition)!
- The High School International Field Trip to Peru during April break, taken at Machu Picchu. The students had an incredible experience, engaging enthusiastically with the local culture and putting their Spanish skills to great use in conversations with the people they met.
- Keith Collins, Director of Clifton Park Halfmoon EMS, delivered a presentation to the Careers in Patient Care class, taught by Nate Chin. Following the presentation, his team provided students with a tour of the ambulance rig and expose students to the life-saving equipment used in emergency medical services.
- Back in February, High School Latin students travelled to Florence, Siena, and Rome, Italy to study ancient and renaissance history and art.

Welcome to Shen High School
Shenendehowa High School is comprised of two buildings: East and West. Both are located on the main campus of Shenendehowa. Students in grades 10-12 attend the East Building and students in grade 9 attend the West Building.
Mission:
In accordance with the Profile of a Shenendehowa Graduate, the high school community will pursue the highest levels of academic and personal achievement, as well as civic responsibility, cultural awareness and character development.
