Middle School, CaptiBytes, wins 1st place in innovation and 2nd place in Robot Performance!
In February, one of our middle school teams, the CaptiBytes, was recognized for the following at the Hudson Valley Championship FLL Tournament: 1st place in Innovation, 2nd place in Robot Performance, and was selected to advance to another competition in May of this year. This team represents students from all three of our middle schools.
Shen’s Unified Sports program will be hosting a district wide Faculty/Staff Basketball Tournament on March 16th from 5-8:30 p.m. in the High School East Main Gym.
Come out and watch your favorite teacher/school and support a great cause. Our high school Unified athletes and partners will be running the event. All proceeds will benefit our Unified Sports programs and teams! There will be a concession stand, 50/50 raffle, and other giveaways!
Congratulations to our Girls Alpine Ski Team for winning the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Championships on 2/28!!

This week, the elementary schools celebrated Kindness. Skano 5th graders wrote kind messages to students in their class.
It was a wonderful celebration of how good it feels to be kind.
Students from the National Art Honor Society are displaying Winter themed art at the Clifton Park Library.
Students were inspired by the peacefulness of winter. The show runs until March 15, 2023.
Congratulations to our Boys Varsity Bowling team who captured the Section 2 Championship at Boulevard Bowl.
Shen will represent Section 2 at the NYSPHSAA Championships in Syracuse on March 10th. Congrats to our bowlers and coaches!
