Interim Superintendent Dr. Wilson-Turner and members from the Board of Education joined in the first day of school excitement and toured all of our schools today.
Arongen had their 2025 Field Day this week and the students had a blast competing and working together in all the different events!

The Shenendehowa Central School District Art Show is on display at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library starting 5/22 until 5/28.
The Arongen Kindness Club has published a book entitled “Kindness Is…” Each student contributed a written and illustrated page reflecting their own interpretation of kindness. This book will be available for students to borrow from the Arongen library!
On Friday, April 4th the students of Arongen Elementary School shared their rich culture with their classmates.
Mrs. Rupert and Tessie are twinning by wearing their favorite sports team for Arongen’s Spirit Day.
Students in Mrs. Symonds’ 1st Grade Class at Arongen Elementary learned about fire safety from our local fire department.
Students are thrilled to return to the Arongen Library and discover brand-new furniture, transforming the space into a flexible and inviting environment. This exciting update was made possible thanks to the Future Ready Grant, creating a more engaging and memorable library experience for everyone.

Located in the central part of the district, Arongen Elementary School is one of four off-campus schools.
It opened in 1992.

Start & Dismissal Times:

School starts at 8:05 a.m.
AM Kindergarten dismissed at 10:40 a.m.
PM Kindergarten starts at 11:40 a.m.
School is dismissed at 2:15 p.m.
Half day dismissal at 11:15 a.m.
