Welcome to Acadia Middle School

Photo of Acadia Middle School Acadia is one of three middle schools located on the main campus. It opened in 1953. The three middle schools buildings are attached and share core areas such as gym, libraries, etc., however, they function as separate schools.

Mission:

It is Acadia’s mission to promote mutual respect, to foster an environment which supports and maintains a sense of belonging demonstrated by caring for self and others, to cultivate positive interactions and cooperation among staff, students and parents, to provide a comfortable transition between elementary and middle school years, to motivate all students to reach their learning potential and to operate in accordance with our Code of Conduct. Furthermore, we believe that this kind of environment promotes growth, maturity, success and positive attitudes for everyone involved in our school.

School starts at 8:55 a.m.
School is dismissed at 3:30 p.m.
Half day dismissal at 12:17 p.m.
