AP Students, Parents, and Guardians:
Students who are enrolled in an AP course are automatically registered, and have an exam ordered by the district, as long as they joined the course from their AP account using a join code provided by teachers earlier in the fall. If students have not taken this step then they need to do so immediately to ensure an exam is ordered for them. Any questions about this process can be directed to Mr. LaBarre.
All students who are registered to take Advanced Placement Exams will now need to make payments for their exams. Payment will be completed using an online service authorized by the Shenendehowa Central School District Office. The cost for each exam is $102.00, which includes a small credit card fee. Families who have filed a completed and accepted Free and Reduced Meals Application with the district do not need to make any payment for exams.
To make your payment please visit the payment website at the link below. Once at the website please click on “High School Exam Fees.” Next, select “AP Exams”. Next, follow the prompts to select each of the exams your student is enrolled to take, and add them to your cart one at a time. After selecting all individual exams proceed to registration and checkout to pay for the exams. You will need to complete this process and make payment by the due date of February 8, 2024. Should you have any questions about which exams your student will be taking please contact your student’s counselor.
