Students in the High School Construction Capstone course in collaboration with the Capital Region Construction and Renovation Association will be showcasing their three-bedroom house on the Capital Region Parade of Homes tour on Sunday, June 4, 11am-5pm. The house is located in the back of High School East.
Students in the Construction Technology Systems course participate in an opportunity to participate in all aspects of home construction. Students learn to develop material specs, go out for materials bids, develop blueprints, the inspection process, and the actual building of a three bedroom, two bathroom house.
The house is a 3 bedroom, two bath ranch. It is built as a modular home. The home is auctioned each year by sealed bid. The buyer is responsible for transporting the home to its final destination
