Some Shen Middle Schoolers competed in the FLL Championship tournament at RPI. Shen had 4 middle school teams compete among a roster of 24 strong teams from as far as south Westchester country. 3 Shen teams walked away with distinct recognition as follows:
– CaptiBytes won first place in Robot Performance
– File Not Found won first place in Core Values and won the Head Referee Innovation Model Award
– Data Deleted took the coveted tournament all-around Champion Award.
Shen’s 4th team is Execute File.Win had a strong showing at the tournament as well.
Data Deleted and File Not Found were selected to advance to National tournaments that will occur later this spring.
