You are here: Home » » News » The letter we received from the School nurses, indicated our children will be sent home “immediately” if they display certain illness symptoms. Runny nose or cough were among those symptoms listed. It further stated my child will be required to be seen by a medical professional and have a Covid-19 test performed before returning. It is fall, it is allergy season….an occasional cough and/or runny nose is not an acceptable reason to put a child (and parent) through all of this. I understand the DOH is requiring this however I hope the school is advocating for the children as the community is.
