A. Accelerated students are expected to take World Culture/World Literature-Honors in their 9th grade year because the courses are challenging and at the Honors level. The courses integrate the skills and knowledge that students have acquired in their Accelerated courses in grades 7 and 8. Accelerated students can take AP World History as an elective in 12th grade.
