SCIENCE & HEALTH DISCOVERY NIGHT 2024 is almost here! Mark your calendars and plan to attend with your children, nieces, nephews, friends, neighbors and their kids too. Friday, April 19th at Shenendehowa High School East from 6:00 to 8:30pm.
Have you ever seen a garbage can fly?
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to investigate and solve a crime using forensic evidence just like a CSI?
Have you ever wondered how to fly a fighter jet OR what it would be like to find your way among the stars?
Well now you can experience it all at the Shen SCIENCE & Health DISCOVERY NIGHT Friday, April 19th at Shenendehowa High School East from 6:00 to 8:30pm.
There will be over 80 different exhibits with hands-on activities like flight simulators, chemistry experiments, robots, birds of prey, and puppies in training.
This year, we are excited to announce, we have become a Hunger Hero in partnership with Capital Region CANstruction. As part of the exhibit this year, we are asking visitors to this event to bring a canned food item to donate to our Shen Backpack Program, High School Pantry and other local Food Pantries.
So, come, bring the family, check out the hawks and other animals, watch a garbage can blow 30 feet in the air, and blast off at Science & Health Discovery Night!
